Other bits are in Lady Gomme's book about Children's Games (vol. 2 p. 36); David Holbrook's Children's Games p. 117 and elsewhere. Edith Fowke only knew of one North American report, collected by Leonora Pauls from Arthur Rowe of Edmonton in 1981 but I have no idea where that version ended up.
