I tried to post this a couple hours ago, but it doesn't appear to have appeared, so here goes again...
With Samhain looming and Christmas just over the horizon, I would like to share the little ditty I wrote (to the tune of "Frère Jacques" in recognition of Sol Invictus, the solar deity who led Constantine to Christ, and subsequently sacrificed his birthday (25 December) to the Church's calendar. I am a Baptist, so I sing these lyrics, but Pagans are welcome to substitute "god" for "guy".
Sol Invictus, Sol Invictus, what a guy, what a guy! Lets us use his birthday to remember Jesus Thank you, Sol! Thank you, Sol!
