I never had a problem with any neighbours in all of the many places, flats, etc I lived before the lady next door moved in. One of the neighbors even put on paper that the neighbourhood had been a friendly one with no such problems before she moved in (he even found her prowling around in his yard after midnight) before he died. Funny she told some of the neighbors when she was speaking to them, before she fell out with THEM how she had lived in a block of units and had to move out 'because everybody hated her and was always nasty to her'...
