I can't imagine how that happened, but it seems, with the internet, anything is possible. I can see where you might think the story line might seem illogical at first listen, but I was looking at it this way: in the event of a nuclear attack, here in Connecticut, the first target would likely be the submarine base in Groton. That could easily reverse the flow of the Connecticut River. Also, in Long Island Sound, in 1976, there could conceivably have been vintage racing sailboats with lead ballast in the bottom. It was done. Pretty good transcription!
