NEVER EVER give it a thought. Sing it as best you can. If people can't respect that - screw 'em! They aren't deserving of respect back. They won't understand this, because they are conformists tamely doing what some berk tells them is 'in the tradition'. They would never have the spontanaeity or originality of thought to be inspired by someone as marginalised as Lord Invader. Go for it! And in a few years - months even, maybe you will be blowing their balls off, headlining everywhere. I hope so. Good luck and Godspeed MW!
