it won't. Long technical reasons but I think it's basically to do with the fact that DM issued this challenge after they had been acquitted at the previous trial. My feeling is that this prosecution would not have been issued if the Crown didn't feel they had a very good chance of sustaining convictions. I just hope that enough evidence now comes to life to incarcerate the other three as well.
