The lolly pop song emerged from about a camp fire about 65 years ago and has been going through my head all day. Thank god for the internet and google. Here's how my memory version goes. L-O-doubleL-Y P-O-P spells LOLLYPOP LOLLYPOP The man that makes them is a dandy He never made a better piece of candy L-O-doubleL-Y P-O-P you see Just a lick on a stick and it never makes you sick Lollypop for me I learned today from one of the above entries that the melody is Harrigan. Thanks
