I was about to tell you it was %$!^!ian but it actually says so in the Youtube window. There are very few recordings of players of this instrument on commercial record, but a nice one crops up on The Columbia World Library of Folk & Primitive Music Vol 17-%$!^!. There's more on The Argo Living Tradition LP for *%$!^!, although running one to earth might be a challenge.
