Thanks Chris! CSH was the second workshop. I believe the the first UK workshop was done by ourselves and 'Squire' at a festival somewhere in perhaps 1976? I can't remember the venue, but A. L. Lloyd listened to us for a while and was heard to say to his entourage '...that's quite interesting'. He said it all in that short phrase. Kevin: Don't be modest, you looked gorgeous.
