I have found this a really fascinating thread. It was great to read that Paddie Bell is still around - and in regular contact with Nadia! When I was a romantic 13 year-old and used to see them on "The Hootenany Show" on BBC on Friday evenings around 18:30, I just fell in love with both of them. I wonder if Martin Carthy, Nadia's frequent accompanist on the show, is also still in touch with her. A CD release of her fine work is long overdue! All the best to all fellow contributors, Phil
