I memorised this when I first heard it, from Trim rig and a Doxie, but didn't get the last verse, so I wrote my own, which I still prefer to other versions I have heard Being a pirate is all gfun and Games till somebody loses a Thing. You can't take a slash, you can't even flash You can't play with your old ding a ling Your voice get's higher, you can sing in the choir But the best perk of the job's taken wing.
