bruceCMR CD: 'Celtic Music Radio 2008-2011' (1) CD: 'Celtic Music Radio 2008-2011' 11 Aug 11

Hi,

Hopefully I'm not breaking forum etiquette by posting this.

Celtic Music Radio http://www.celticmusicradio.net./ is a licensed community radio station, broadcasting in the Glasgow, Scotland area on 1530kHz and worldwide via the above website. We focus on Celtic/Scottish/Irish/folk/roots/world music. We are a registered charity; all of our team are volunteers.

While we're mainly studio based, we like to have a presence at many of the major festivals in the west of Scotland - we have a regular presence at Celtic Connections, this weekend we'll be at the Famous Grouse festival in Crieff, and as I write this (yes, at 20 past midnight!) we're broadcasting live sets from the festival club at Piping Live in Glasgow.

We are delighted to announce that our new fundraising CD is now available for purchase or download. The CD contains 20 tracks from some of our favourite performers, and represents a selection of the many genres of music that we play.

The CD contains songs and music from The Paul McKenna Band, The Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Ciaran Dorris, Skerryvore, Laura McGhee plus Mary K. Burke, Rachel Hair, Raillion, Fraser Fifield and many others with 20 outstanding tracks for just £10. (or £8 to download)

You can see a full track listing, and purchase the CD, via http://www.allcelticmusic.com/celticmusicradio/ . Funds raised from the sale of this CD will go towards maintaining out broadcast and online services.

Sincere thanks to all of the performers who contributed material.
