I won't use Facebook either. Getting them to understand the meaning of 'deceased/died/dead' when trying to shut Stuart's account down after he died was almost impossible. It took 6 months, umpteen attempts and repeated filling in of the 'reasons you wish to close the account' form ..... and still they only 'suspended' it, sending constant e-mails saying how much fuller his social life would be if he only activated it again !! I've heard of contact from beyond the grave but that takes the biscuit :)
