Grey, damp, drizzly day here, and no builders. Have just watched the All Blacks hammer Japan in the Rugby World Cup, so I had now better gather a couple of bags of laundry and head of down to the launderette. I found I'd gained half a pound at WW last night. Could have been worse, I suppose... Andrea
