Try Googling "À toi la gloire, O Ressuscité" (Thine be the glory) and "Tel que je suis, sans rien à moi." (Just as I am without one plea.) I don't vouch for them being 100% accurate word-for-word translations but the tunes are the same as in the English versions, and the gist of the 2 texts is pretty much the same as in English. They're used by both Protestants and Catholics.
