I have a guitar with "The Michigan, B & SL Sole Agents" in an oval on the headstock. It has palm trees sprayed in dark brown on the belly. It was bought for £11 from Heinz Music Shop in Hereford in 1964. Brass frets, zero fret, fixed bridge with brass saddle and slotted pegboard with side tuners. More or less parlour sized. Still have it. Was an excellent first guitar! |
