Most certainly! Particularly as Canada has long identified itself as one of the world's staunchest supporters of Israel. At least Harper (and importantly unlike Obama, considering the supposed US's position as an 'honest broker' in all of this) makes no play or pretense of being in any way neutral or unpartisan however.
