Sinsull and Animaterra, your "Come Little Leaves" caught my eye. There are actually five verses (I'll write them out for you - via PM or where? please advise newcomer). In grade school my class memorized October's Party (clicky) by the same lyricist, George Cooper (a friend of Stephen Foster). I found both in a book of children's poetry a year or two ago. Now I'm wondering if "October's Party" was set to music as well.
