Just a little plug for the family Ceilidh at the Civic, Holmfirth on New Year's Eve. Tickets still available (check out Holmfirth Festival of Folk website for contact phone number). This year, not only 2 bands giving their services for free, but also some itinerent thespians will be performing, in celebration of the forthcoming 200 year anniversary of the Luddite rebellion, a play penned and directed by our very own Soldier Boy. Worth the ticket price just for that!
