I remberer a fragment of this song from a few years in Glasgow, what I remembered is All of a sudden a great mealy pudding came flying through the air. I know the song started with the words Mrs McGuigan flung oot of the jiggin' for swinging her leg too high, Mrs McGuigan flung oot of the jiggin' for showing her hairy pie, the mealy pudding came later, but I don't know the intervening lines, nor what happened to the pudding, fascinating to find regional variations of the same bawdy song. I also know the Mrs McVitie version, but I know it as Nellie McVitie, definitely a rugby song, I prefer the Glasgow version, but I'd love to have the missing lines. Pete
