There's a good solid trad one called "Joseph and Mary" in the Penguin book of Christmas Carols collected by RVW in Herefordshire with a great tune given there, but which I have also encountered sung to the same tune as used by Anne Briggs for "A fine young girl all in the month of May" (on the LP "The Bird in the Bush") which IMHO makes it truly magnificent. (Don't know which one pinched the tune from the other, though.)) (? seem to have lost my cookie.) SJ
