I said, "Morning Charlie, I saw your limerick on that Mudcat today about the Eye-tie cruise liner. I agree with you. Good taste and limericks are never comfortable bed-fellows."
`e said, "Quite right, Jim. `ave you got an appropriate one?"
I said, "I `ave as a matter of fact but it`s a limerick that goes against the grain I suppose. It goes like this.
       When Concordia onto rocks was tossed.
       It went down with terrible cost.
       But let`s not make light
       Of that terrible night.
       Let`s pray for the souls that were lost"!!
