Charmion, if you're dining out and something seems to need ketchup, and you're faced with Heinz or worse, HP Sauce is an alternative in the mold of the Bare Naked Ladies' concept of "gourmet ketchups." It goes well on quiche, tourtière and fries--although North American baby excrement (prepared mustard) goes particularly well with the last.
