I got a lot of these calls last year. They became really irritating so I started to ask them how they got my telephone number, repeatedly. They never gave a straight answer. They also suggested they were connected to or working from information supplied by Microsoft. I could never understand their company name. I contacted Microsoft who confirmed that they do not supply details to third parties. This I also put to the callers. After 5 mins of questions from me they hung up.I do use tune up utilities, it seems to help keep me going. Gan Canny Brian
