There are 2 fans inside this unit.

There's a service manual available from http://elektrotanya.com/yamaha_stagepas_300.pdf/download.html

That site (not in english) should have a "download manual" button at the bottom right - I see it when I view the site in internet explorer, but not firefox! But it does allow you to download the full engineers service manual, which contains disassembly instructions, and part number for the fans.

If I'm deciphering the part numbers correctly, they are 50 and 40mm fans respectively, 10mm thick, 12V

They don't appear to be temperature controlled, based on a brief glance at the circuits.
