Good morning, MOM! I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day. The sun is shining here, and the lilacs are at their peak. This week I will be visiting about five thousand elementary students in their individual classrooms and singing them a song to inspire them to read during the summer. It is a little ditty I worked up using the tune of one of Paganini's guitar impromptus. Quite lovely and catchy, the tune is, so I hope it works to get the kids to read.
