My local fave is house-ground beef, char-grilled medium rare, topped with grilled scallops, then good cheddar cheese. Good Kaiser. Needs only its own juice. Don't judge. At first, I thought some dope-fiend in the back alley dreamed this up under the influence. Now I just don't care. With fresh fries dipped in good mayo, and a crispy beer? .... I have to go now....
