Not pontificating blindly Richard. I just wanted to dispel the impression given that 2 teenagers in a consensual relationship risked prosecution in Britain. They do not. There have been cases of abusive behaviour by a young teen against a much younger child which have led to criminal cases.
Is it OK to say that without being a lawyer? Is that pontificating blindly?
