My mate over here runs a shop selling English and Australian goods mainly food, which he get's from TESCO. He went over last week to England to load up the order which he placed on line. When payment time came he swiped his English card and was told the transaction could not be verified so he was stuck with two and half grands worth of goods with no method of Payment! He had to drive back to the Netherlands pick up his dutch bank card and return.He's well out of pocket on this does he have a claim??? As Aye, Phil.
