Big Ballad Singer BS: Everything that's not $%&@ nailed down (4) BS: Everything that's not $%&@ nailed down 28 Jun 12

Waah, waah, crying the blues again.

Have to turn down auditions with working bands because I have no money for my family.

Can't pay my past-due phone/internet bill by its due date because I have no money.

Can't pay a ticket I got at a red-light camera because I have no money.

Have to sell everything that's not essential or worthless.

Univox U65R amp. 15 watts, 15" speaker, reverb, tremolo. Reverb and trem are footswitchable, but I have no switch. Amp sounds good for what it is. $50 or best offer.

Handmade baritone uke/tenor guitar from "Herrand Guitarras" in the Dominican Republic. Really nice instrument with primary-color blocks at frets 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 10. Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are on the fretboard as well. These colors and numbers are ORIGINAL to the instrument and are UNDER the clear finish. These are not stickers or decals. Slots for the nut were cut too low, so the strings are almost totally flat against the neck. A new nut should fix the problem. Otherwise, a very good-looking, well-made instrument. $200 or best offer.

I've got other random stuff for sale, too, including plywood steamer-style trunks, an honest-to-goodness antique steamer trunk and who knows what else?

Anyway, sorry to seem like I'm only using the Mudcat for my "yard sale", but I'm getting nowhere with eBay or Craigslist.

I'm working one day a week right now, my company just lost its contract, and I have to HOPE that the manager for the new company at my site will take me on.

Prayers/good thoughts/vibes/whatever are most appreciated.
