As the subject of the comment lives in Ireland the comment is not libellous, according to the Defamation Act 2009, unless said subject can prove that the comment injures his or her reputation in the eyes of reasonable members of society. Since the subject's name is not given in the comment provided by the OP and is also not available in his/her membership details on the site from which the comment was extracted it would be extremely difficult to prove that a libel had taken place.
