Having just watched the 8 part series 'The Ballad of Ewan MacColl' (BBC) on You Tube I am wondering about similar films on Bert Lloyd. I am aware of the Australian documentary (ABC) but there doesn't seem to be anything else available - which I find curious. Having read Dave Arthur's excellent 'Bert' (Pluto Press) I know he did several television appearances but where are they? I am also about to view the Folk Britannia series on You Tube as I know there's some segments with Ewan - hopefully Bert will pop up there? Warren Fahey www.warrenfahey.com Australian Folklore Unit
