On our recent visit to Ireland I think I became converted from Scotch to Irish in matters of drinks that cheer and inebriated - in particular Middleton's Very Rare, which my brother-in-law will only get his grubby paws on if he is very, very good. Right this hot second I am enjoying Auchentoshan. I am also partial to Eagle Creek bourbon.
