Finding the chords to the bridge is difficult on line because the good versions want you to pay. Lots of 1st pages but the bridge is usually on page 2. The 1st published key appears to be C and I found this;

|F/Eb/|D7/G7/|D7///|G7///|

One beat for each chord and slash.

There is a version by Leon Redbone which he does in A which, transposed to C, goes;

|F/F6|C///|F9/Eb dim/|C///|
|C/B7/|Bb7/A7/|F9/Ab7/|G7///|
