Plans are now all (more or less!) finalised for Bedworth 2012, and early ticket sales have been very brisk.
Our full up-to-date line-up and booking service is available at our web site Bedworth Folk Festival .
As always we have a line-up for all tastes, but mainly aimed at PARTICIPATION, be it singing, playing, dancing, there should be something in the line-up for you! As has now become the "tradition" we start off on friday with singarounds at The Old Black Bank and Bedworth Civic Hall (which will also host two friday night concerts) and the Men In Black rock'n'roll session at The Rugby Club. Saturday sees a whole series of concerts, folk clubs, singarounds, artiste "meets", dance displays, a large craft fair, based in and around Bedworth Civic Hall and Arts Centre and the Grand Ceilidh with Steamchicken and Sheena Masson in the fabulous dance hall of the Bedworth Liberal Club.
Sundays starts off with the popular "Breakfast Sing" at The Rugby Club and then more concerts, singarounds and tune sessions during the day at The Rugby Club, The Old Black Bank and Bedworth Arts Centre, with the final Concert and sing around going late into the evening.
Finally if you want to help us with the festival we are always looking for good reliable stewards - see our stewards page on the web site, we offer a free week-end ticket in exchange for your help Follow this link for Stewards Information
Thanks for your time, Malc.
