Interesting to read ... shows how different people can be, and often are. My folk tastes have lessened on the protest side, and increased on the light, zippy and humorous side. My folk friends no longer check to see whether anyone is wearing white socks (used to be a cardinal sin - not sure why), and I no longer get into strife for singing country songs (at least, not for the choice of song ... only for the singing). Used to love symphony orchestras as a child, but no longer. Never could stand opera, and that hasn't changed. Shimbo
