The cost of Obamacare has been given, I understand, as "2.6 trillion dollars over ten years". That seems at first glance to be an astronomical amount, but according to my math, it averages out to less than $75 per month per American - for virtually FULL coverage of all, or at least most things medical. Right now I, a retired American, pay over $300 a month for Medicare part B and supplemental private insurance. Given the choice, I'll go with my share of the 2.6 trillion!
