...I think the Canadians are way ahead of you Brits on this one, Roger...In 1986 I went to a male strip show in Sarnia Canada, across the River from where I lived in St. Clair. The guys took everything off except the fringe of their various costumes and they danced up close and personal!!! You were warned if you had glasses that they would snatch them off and position them in bizarre ways! My personal messenger almost made my heart jump out of my chest...I was younger then, though!
