Ah, good that you are with friends, and that you still have your mobile, even without coverage in Staithes. Hope you are able to get a few more of your things out tomorrow. Anything we can do to help? I propose to stay away unless I hear differently, as there will doubtless be an excess of ghoulish interest, but if you want some company just sing out. If you do get to go back in, even briefly, a few photos of any stuff you have to leave may help with the insurance. I am sure all your friends here will help out with storing anything you do recover.
