Remember when the Bank gave you INTEREST for using YOUR money? Long time ago, right? Then came the "service charges"...ATMs, the lines... My bank gave me a 1-800 number when I was looking for a mortgage, to see if I "fit the profile" so to speak... Then, wait for it, the BIG surprise, WALL STREET... It's a bank, they are yanking you... BTW: If you should be the rare exception to get "personalized service", going back to the Jimmy Stewart days with that...let me know...
