With no children at home, and four cats, and a wood stove in the living room, we've given up on having a Christmas tree. The cats would be determined to climb up into it, and could tip it over onto the stove. I suppose that would solve the problem of finding a buyer for this big house and getting the gumption to dispose of our accumulated unneeded junk and move to quarters more suitable for our "declining years." But I'd just as soon find a more traumatic solution, if that's ok... Peter
