Hundreds? Hell, it was thousands of years ago, kendall! Read yer natural history books. My point is, there are lots of so-called "wild" animals that make great pets or companions if they are treated right...and there are lots of domestic animals that are downright dangerous if they ain't treated right, so don't go lecturin' other folks about who should make a pet out of what. It ain't yer business. Each situation is totally unique to the people involved and how they handle it...and you will never come up with a rulebook or a law that sorts it all out and makes everything perfect.
