We know a lot more about what is good for us and what is not, my parent in their 80s and 90s are healthier now than they have ever been with their acceptance of healthier eating, salt reduction, less fat etc. I'm quite happy taking the cod liver caps every day and it seems to be having an effect keeping colds at bay which can only be a good thing.
