A couple of friends and I are off to Burton on Trent for DERT 2013 on 8th to 10th March (http://www.dert2013.org/). We are going as spectators rather than participants having had such a good time following the sides around Soho at least year's event. We're arriving on Friday and it's unlikely that we'll be joining the participants' gathering on the Friday evening seeing as how we're not strictly part of the event. However, we'd like to try and find a music friendly pub in Burton that evening where we can maybe have a tune and a song or two without being thrown out. Does anyone know Burton and have any suggestions of any such pubs?
