                It sounds as if you have received a good proposal. Take it early. There are rumours that Brussles is calling for PLI to be taken out by all citizens above the age of 10 years, should they pose a risk to others each time they leave their front door. It is not unknown for people to trip on the pavement and bump into others, knock passers by with their shopping bags or even disrupt members of the public by asking directions or the time.
