If you cancel, you must offer a refund.

If they decide not to turn up, for whatever reason, that is up to them. You have had to reserve seats which otherwise could have been sold on the door. You have had to pay the guest and incur other costs.

If they let you know in advance and you are then able to re-sell the tickets then they should be refundeded. Otherwise, its just bad luck.
