You want to block ailinly.pw. Blocking pw.com is like not wanting to go to Lower Loxley and therefore refusing to go to Loxley-on-Sea. Bludgeoning the metaphor to death, blocking pw.php is like not wanting to to Lower Loxley and therefore refusing to fly by aeroplane. Or something. .pw is the top level domain for Palau. If you don't know anyone that lives there, block *.pw and stop worrying about it. And use an email service that does spam blocking for you. Gmail can pick up your own account's email if you want to keep the address.
