Valmai Goodyear Belshazzar's Feast 2 workshops & show (10) RE: Belshazzar's Feast 2 workshops & show 22 Apr 13

Lewes Saturday Folk Club Workshop No 177
Paul Hutchinson: PAUL HUTCHINSON'S TUNES for any instrument

Saturday 18th. May 2013
10.45 a.m.- 4.45 p.m. Places £35
Royal Oak, Station Street, Lewes BN7 2DA

Paul is well known from his work with Belshazzar's Feast, Hoover the Dog, Karen Tweed & the Playford Liberation Front. He is a superlative accordion player with a unique style inspired by church organ music, violins & concertinas! Paul is an experienced workshop leader tutoring regularly at Cecil Sharp House, Hands On weekends, Folkworks Summer Schools & Halsway Manor.
This workshop will feature a few tunes from his intriguing & engaging compositions arranged in several parts to accommodate all instruments at all levels (prior notice of Eb & Bb instruments will be necessary though). If you enjoy the thrill of playing in an ensemble, this is for you!
The final session will combine with Paul Sartin's voice workshop to rival the Hallelujah Chorus!
Music can be sent out in advance.
