Kendall, as I understand it the practice of which Dr. Shapshay is a part has been absorbed by the Albany Medical Center ("We are the Borg.."). Any self-respecting bureaucracy, absorbing another, will change everything whether it needs to be changed or not. It keeps them amused, I think, and makes them feel important. I'll try to get you a current email address for the doc.
