@ Wolfhound person I'd introduce a box on voting papers that says "none of the above", and then make voting compulsory (and electronic). Being interested in politics isn't compulsory, and I don't see how it can be made to be. If someone has no interest in or knowledge of who governs them then surely it's better that they don't vote? I agree that a 'None of the above' choice would be interesting but in the long run it would have no more effect than a non-vote, the only difference being that it would be registered.
